What You'll Be Doing
  • Services include light housekeeping, home organization, and grocery shopping
  • Volunteers are not allowed to assist clients with bodily care or handle medications
  • Volunteers may not accept any form of payment, tips or gifts in exchange for their volunteer service
Common Tasks
  • Help with laundry
  • Vacuuming
  • Sweeping
  • Grocery Shopping
Qualifications
  • Must be age 21 or older, children of volunteers can accompany
  • Must have reliable vehicle with current driver’s license and auto insurance
  • Must have a desire to assist seniors and adults with disabilities!
Time Commitment
  • 1-2 times per month, depending on the need. Homemaker and grocery shopping jobs are scheduled on an as-needed basis as members call and request those services.
