The Resource Navigation program connects people to information, tools, and services that promote aging with independence and dignity. Call us today and a Resource Specialist will help you navigate local resources.
This program is open to the public. You are not required to apply to receive Resource Navigation services.

The Aging Resources information call center is open to the public. Knowledgeable Resource Specialists answer questions and give referrals to assist callers in a range of topics.

Care Guidance

Sometimes finding solutions to aging issues takes more time and effort than a simple phone call. Aging Resources staff will work with you and your loved ones to understand your needs and develop an action plan to overcome challenges.

Resource Guide
The resource guide (set to be released early 2019) contains a wealth of resources and information for Douglas County seniors and their families. The guide will be distributed at government buildings, local service providers, and community events.
