Share a Meal, Make a Memory

Plum Creek Church is creating an opportunity for congregation members to love and serve Neighbor Network seniors. At church services on October 7th and 8th, Neighbor Network staff will set up tables and match volunteers with clients who would like to receive a meal and a visit from church members. This is our second year doing the Share a Meal, Make a Memory program and it's sure to be just as wonderful as the first!
